For the third year in a row, we’re honored to have been awarded Best of Houzz for Customer Satisfaction and Service. Houzz is the leading online platform for home remodeling and design, and the annual awards create a homeowner-to-homeowner guide to the top pros on the site.
This year’s award winners were identified and voted on by the more than 25 million monthly unique users (a.k.a. “Houzzers”) who make up the Houzz community. Given the vast pool of more than 500,000 active home building, remodeling and design industry professionals with a presence on the site, we were honored to be one of the select few chosen.
Customer Satisfaction honors are determined by a variety of factors, including the number and caliber of client reviews received over the past year. Winners are all given a “Best of Houzz 2015” badge to display on their websites and profiles, helping Houzz users and potential customers around the world identify the businesses whose popularity and satisfaction ratings stand out among the rest.
Of course, we wouldn’t receive these awards if it wasn’t for the amazing, creative, fun clients we have the honor of working with, many of whom are avid Houzzers. And when it comes to the relationships we build together as we go through the design-build process, they’re the ones who say it best.
